I have had the new threading bars in production for two days now. We have run the 6 and 7 TPI parts. The finish is beautiful and on the plus side the number of thread passes has been reduced by 30-35% across the board. The tool wear is looking great even after 300+ pieces. At this point I am going to let the machine run and monitor tool life and performance before proceeding with any additional programming changes. I'm very impressed with the work you and your team have done to get this tooling to me in the time frame that you guys did. I look foward to working with you and your team on future projects.
