Tool Inspection

 Machining Resources has in-house capabilities for precision tool inspection utilizing our Accu-Tool Inspection System. The Accu-Tool uses non-contact vision technology to accurately measure precise diameters, corner radius, step lengths, helix/rake angles and runout for a wide range of cutting tools. We can also inspect tools for wear or damage and use this information to help you make accurate adjustments in the machine tool. We have helped customers solve surface finish issues, tool life problems, tool breakage and other common issues during machining.
